What to bring?
-A camera to capture the memories
-A large cooler to transport your catch home
-Lunch and beverages for your party. Please,no glass bottles or hard liquor. We are a USCG  Zero-Tolerance vessel
-A valid NYS fishing license. Click here to go to the New York State DEC site for more information about licenses.
-Be prepared for the weather. You might want to bring rain gear, a sweatshirt or jacket,sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. The weather on Lake Erie and Lake Ontario can be very unpredictable, so its best to be prepared.
-Motion sickness medication. If you need it, take it at least two hours in advance of our departure time!!!
-Non-marking soft soled shoes. Leave your hard-soled work boots at home.
-The confidence that this will be an enjoyable fishing adventure.

How do I book a trip?
Contact Link or call (716)913-8430 to let us know what date you want to go. Once we've decided on a date  and time, just send in your deposit of $50.00 to hold your date.

What about alcohol on the boat?
You  are welcome to bring some cold beers out with you or some wine coolers. No hard liquor is allowed on the fishing boat. We want you to have fun and if you want to have a few beers, that's fine. But please remember it's a fishing trip, not a drinking trip.

What can I expect to catch out there?
Fishing varies from day to day and season to season. For the latest news on what's biting, check my blog out at Facebook I will be posting daily  fishing report and don't forget to join the group.

What are the age limits on the boat?
Our sportfishing boats have no age restrictions.

Can I keep the fish I catch?
We like to practice catch and release, but if you want to keep your catch that is fine. The mates work for tips and are always happy to filet your fish for you. 

What if I want to get a trophy fish mounted?
If you'd like to get your trophy catch mounted, ask Captain Steve about it and he will give you the information needed.

I've never fished before. What experience is necessary?
A lot of people we take fishing have never fished before in there lives. We are honored to teach new people how to fish. We want you to get hooked on fishing too!!

Do I pay if we don't catch a fish?
No that is why Big Easy Sportfishing has a No Fish-No Charge Guarantee; it ensures you will not just be taken for a boat ride.
